TWC AEL Grantees provide a range of services from basic literacy through family literacy, civics, preparation for the Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency and career pathways programs fully integrated with workforce training. Programs are specialized and offered in a wide variety of locations including employer's worksites, online, and in libraries, housing authorities and Workforce Solutions Centers.
