Current Duties/Roles with TCALL

Coordinates, in collaboration with the Director of Professional Development, the design and implementation of standard operating procedures for approval, planning, scheduling, delivery, attendance, evaluation, and documentation of instructor-led events (ILTs) and other live professional development events.

Identifies gaps and inefficiencies in program processes and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.

Assists with the collection, organization, and maintenance of Independent Contract Trainer applications and documentation.

Facilitates the creation of and access to necessary resources for trainers, such as the creation of their learning management account and access to appropriate materials.

Evaluates and researches Learning Management System features, updates, and add-ins for live training program improvement.

Assists with the verification and approval of PD Portal end-user accounts.

Assists with quarterly audits of active users in the PD Portal.

Maintains communication with external stakeholders such as PD Coordinators throughout the state.

Creates ILT event courses in the Learning Management System.

Creates all video conference links for ILT events hosted online.

Ensures the accuracy of scheduled ILTs.

Hosts or cohosts live webinar events as needed.

Responds to PD Portal inquiries for assistance with ILTs via email and telephone.

Serves as the point of contact on PD event logistics for training instructors and TCALL staff working offsite.

Provide training on live event protocols, when requested, to staff, customers, or other stakeholders.

Provides logistical and administrative support to TCALL leadership as requested.
