Support the design, coordination, and implementation of PD Portal projects and research-related activities.

Perform data analysis, statistical evaluation, and technical reviews to inform training development and operational improvements.

Create, edit, and manage digital learning resources, including videos and materials for on-demand courses.

Assist in preparing proposals, grant reports, and institutional documents for funding and strategic planning.

Provide guidance and support to student workers or project staff as needed.

Operate and troubleshoot software systems, learning platforms, and research-related technologies used in training deployment.

Support webinar production and live training events, including technical logistics and participant access troubleshooting.

Maintain financial records and assist with project tracking for PD Portal initiatives.

Beta-test and review courses prior to publication to identify and resolve errors.

Respond to end-user inquiries via the PD Portal email and hotline, providing technical assistance and account support.
