PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PORTAL ADMINISTRATION

  • Oversees the daily administration, maintenance, and strategic development of the TCALL Professional Development Portal.
  • Manages user access, organizational structures, and system operations to support adult education providers statewide.
  • Leads portal enhancements, system maintenance, and implementation of new LMS features and functionality.
  • Provides technical support and serves as the primary liaison between TCALL and PD Portal users.
  • Develops and delivers training, presentations, and workshops related to the learning management system.
  • Participates in leadership and project meetings to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains standard operating procedures, documentation, and user resources for the PD Portal.
  • Communicates system updates, best practices, and technology resources to staff and stakeholders.

ACCESSIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE

  • Ensures compliance with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards within the Professional Development Portal.
  • Reviews courses and instructional materials to support accessible and inclusive learning experiences.
  • Coordinates accessibility accommodations and supports continuous improvement efforts related to digital accessibility.

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN SUPPORT

  • Coordinates the publication and maintenance of online courses and professional development resources.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver asynchronous learning content.
  • Provides instructional design support and assists with course development and content improvement initiatives.

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Supervises assigned PD Portal staff and coordinates team workflows and project activities.
  • Oversees post-production activities for recorded webinars and online learning materials.
  • Leads special projects and strategic initiatives to enhance professional development services.

ZOOM ADMINISTRATION AND VIRTUAL LEARNING SUPPORT

  • Manages TCALL's Zoom environment, including account administration, security settings, and system updates.
  • Provides technical assistance and training related to virtual meeting technologies.
  • Coordinates Zoom integrations and supports virtual events and conference activities.
