Current Duties/Roles with TCALL

  • The Assistant Manager and performs managerial work for the daily operations and activities of the TX Distance Education Call Center
  • Coordinates and manages the implementation of the Call Center, training, and supervision of Call Center staff.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Call Center and Approved DL Curriculum providers
  • Assists in improving quality assurance of the services provided to clients
  • Updates and monitors relevant trainings for call center staff
  • Plans events promoting the Call Center
  • Creation and adaptation of data tracking reports
  • Assists Manager in making training documents and other items accessible
  • Monitors compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Verifies, processes, and reviews forms, reports, tables, and other documents
