Current Duties/Roles with TRAIN PD at TCALL

• Provides ongoing Professional Development consultation to local AEL programs as assigned in consultation with TWC Program Support staff
• Initiates data-driven PD needs assessment, recommendations for PD Continuous Improvement Plans to local AEL programs 
• Supports local programs with special training needs
• Delivers trainings as needed in support of state initiatives and requirements
• Provides Professional Development instructional design support to PD Center
• Participates in the evaluation, observation, and development of trainers used by TRAIN PD
• Participates in ongoing Professional Development initiatives to keep abreast of developments and trends in the field
• Supports other objectives of the Professional Development Center
