Current Duties/Roles with TRAIN PD at TCALL

Serves as team leader for the Career Pathways and Stakeholder Integration Support Professional Development Institutes; serves on PD content development work groups for other topics as assigned; participates in trainer observations, evaluations, and mentoring as needed

Acts as liaison between TRAIN PD @ TCALL, Texas Workforce Commission Adult Education and Literacy staff, and the workforce boards and workforce training systems, including Career and Technical Education in state community colleges and state technical colleges

Participates in regular planning and strategy meetings with TRAIN PD team; participates in ongoing PD initiatives to keep abreast of developments and trends in the field

Supports other objectives of the PD Center, including providing content for website and Quarterly publication, and research activities as approved by funder
