• Background in higher education, hospitality, and historical research preservation

Current Duties/Roles with TRAIN PD at TCALL

• Serves as the first point of contact for TCALL by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to appropriate resources

• Assists adult learners and educators by providing guidance to local GED,ESL and workforce programs across Texas

• Manages incoming and outgoing mail, general inbox and support various administrative tasks as needed
