• Signals Intelligence Analyst degree from the United States Army

Experience

• 15 years in the Untied States Army, 10 as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and 5 as a Military Police Officer.
• 4 years working for Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Current Duties/Roles with TRAIN PD at TCALL

• Provides administrative support for the Distance Education Call Center and the Distance Education PD Center. Collaborates and helps plan for statewide events, conferences, meetings or other special functions, including site arrangements, on-site support and preparation of meeting materials.
• Assists on any professional development content creation, creates and presents interactive presentations for webinars, keeps up on the latest trends on Ed Technology and Tools, performs duties as assigned.
• Handles training request paperwork and record keeping.
