Current Duties/Roles with TRAIN PD at TCALL

• Provides technical support (via phone or email) to end users experiencing difficulties with navigating the LMS and/or an online course
• Manages and updates LMS accounts with supervisory permissions and maintains an accurate list of those who have increased permissions
• Assists in the testing of new LMS features and configuration
• Maintains up to date expert knowledge and skills evolving LMS features and procedures to include building/updating LMS documentation and video tutorials
• Works closely with TWC-funded Professional Development (PD) Coordinators to maintain end user accounts for their AEL staff
