Current Duties/Roles with TRAIN PD at TCALL

• Assist with design, data collection, and reporting of statewide needs assessment for professional development, including but not limited to analysis of existing data sets, conducting or assisting with interviews, conducting surveys / questionnaires, and facilitating focus groups

• Supervise and facilitate the TCALL research team with the design, data collection, and reporting of annual statewide needs assessment for professional development

• Assists TCALL team with survey design, distribution, and reporting

• Assist TRAIN PD leadership team with evaluation of professional development content and delivery

• Field-based research activities of literature reviews, outreach to identify network with emerging community-based literacy providers, and other support to project leadership
