I understand my responsibilities as a candidate for the Instructional Leadership Excellence Academy and will make it a priority to support this endeavor by, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Participate in the Instructional Leadership Excellence Academy webinars and mandatory face-to-face meetings
  • Participate in intensive training and support through Academy completion
  • Implement the ILEA skills with Instructors
  • Mentor other instructors using the skills acquired during training
  • Participate in the Instructional Leadership Excellence Academy forum (Community of Practice in PD Portal)
  • Contribute to discussions and assignments
  • Fully implement an instructional Program Improvement project in their respective Adult Education program
