Current Duties/Roles with TCALL

  • TCALL Literacy Hotline - assists Spanish language callers seeking literacy and English language programs, including literacy program referral and high school equivalency testing questions
  • Support for business coordination, office management, and property management functions
  • Travel planning and travel expense compliance support to staff
  • Logistical and administrative support for statewide meetings and events
  • Assists other staff responsible for maintenance of statewide Directory of Literacy Providers and other databases
